Cancellation policy.
You must provide 7 days notice to reschedule without forfeiting your booking fee. The booking fee secures your spot and sets that appointment aside so that no one else can book it. As such, I need time to be able to fill that spot if you cannot make it.
Booking fees are nonrefundable. Even in the case of cancellation over 1 week, you will forfeit your $100 deposit.
Chronic rescheduling (more than twice) will also result in needing to pay a new booking fee.
If policies are adhered to, and you have rescheduled with plenty of notice, you will NOT need a new booking fee and it will move to your new appointment.
In the case of emergencies or illness, please reach out and we can work something out on case by case basis. One reschedule may be allowed within the 7 day window in certain cases without any penalty or new fee required.
Cosmetic tattooing is a nonrefundable set of services. As the service was already rendered, there is nothing to be returned and refunded in cases of beauty services and the products have already been opened and used on you. I
Results will vary as this is a tattoo and your aftercare is important in ensuring a desirable result. Even in ideal circumstances, everyone has different skin, healing, and lifestyles that can affect the ultimate outcome. If you are not satisfied with your result, please reach out and we can discuss a plan to get things where they need to be!
